SAY WHAT

Posted on May 12, 2015 by jennifer griffin in Camps

sprinklerWhile FaceBook stalking today I came across something very unique—at first I thought I had read it wrong—but no there it was.  Wet ‘N Wild Horse Camps and one of the daily activities is to Ride Horses in the Sprinklers—it is difficult to make me go “what?”.  I mean has anyone out there ever tried this?!

I mean I take credit as the inventor of the Horse Mummy (I mean what to do on a long day of summer camp—I mean we always have a lot of toilet paper).  Don’t roll the kids up in it, although that is fun—roll up the horses in it!  At Holiday Camp it can be used to make a Horse Snowman!

But this is new to me—be sure I immediately private messaged the owner, I have to see this!  It sounds great!  But do the horses think it is o.k.?  I can’t imagine the kids and how much fun it would be—of course you have to get near the sprinkler with your horse?  Once I hear back from her I’ll let you know.

But all of this made me check out the website of S.T.A.R.S. of Horsemanship’s website.  Be sure to check it out, tons of fun ideas—their FaceBook page was also full of fun ideas.
